Invest in You

Whatever is going on for you right now, we all benefit from this 21 Day Gift. I'll be doing it too!

Well done for choosing you. For recognising that you would like to take some time out for you. Schedule time each day, in the same way you do for everything and everyone else. Prioritise You! Sit comfortably, relaxed and warm. Infuse a beautiful scent from a candle or essential oil, use the same one each day as this helps to set the scene as part of your ritual. Sit tall and strong. Connect into the energy of your hips and pelvis - your base chakra. Now breathe. Take six breaths, at your own beautiful pace. Be aware of your breath expanding your lungs and heart. Let them fill you with ease and peace as you breathe in, and release what isn’t aligned with the authentic you, as you breathe out. Be aware of your body. Release any tension in your jaw, tongue, shoulders, hips and toes. Let it all go. You are safe. Now choose your affirmation for the day. Repeat it six times. Either out loud or silently, write it out, you can turn it into a song, and even dance while you sing it. Or whatever resonates with you. Repeat it during the day, if you feel challenged, or just for the fun of it. Sit in silence. Be still. Just Be. Even just for a few moments. Feel the power of the stillness, BEing with you and your potency. Learn to embrace it. Take a few minutes to journal, any thoughts, words, images that came up. You are accessing deep wisdom, from within. Your unique, authentic, true you. Give it time, trust the process.
